Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. However, as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: 1. 48 -Hour Notice Required • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 2. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Late Arrivals • Arriving late by more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply. 4. Repeat Cancellations • Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. We value your time and our stylists’ schedules.
